BEWARE a woman scorned is the old phrase, but what about a woman whom you’ve had absolutely nothing to do with?
Parisian book repairer Anna (the superb Isabelle Carre) develops an unhealthy obsession with her married doctor which makes the poor man’s life a misery.
She calls him, follows him, crashes into his car, terrifies his wife, attempts to flood his house and gets a job next door.
This is Fatal Attraction without any of the fun sex stuff early doors. A little predictable at first, the film really sucks you in with particularly shocking scenes involving Anna’s physical abuse of the children she is looking after, and acquainting her own head with a concrete post.
